The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section answers some of the most commonly asked questions on the Luxaflex Inspire Rewards Programme.

Once the sales have been processed and the invoice has been settled, points will be processed into your account, on approximately the 15th day of each month. Note – this only applies once you have reached the qualifying spend threshold of $20,000 and for every $1 of reported sale thereafter.

All your points stay in your account. It is only your reported sales that are reset to $0 at each yearly reset.

1 point per $1 of product sold, after you have qualified by selling $20,000 worth of Luxaflex product.

At this point, you will be deemed ‘qualified’ and will be eligible to earn 1 point for every $1 of Luxaflex product sold. Plus, you will receive the 20,000 rewards points for qualifying.
For example, if you achieve sales of $15,000 in the month after you have qualified, you will receive 15,000 points into your account once the invoice has been processed.

After you hit the $20,000 sales threshold, you will have 20,000 points loaded into your account. For the remaining year (until 31 December 2024), you will earn 1 point for every $1 of product you sell each month. Expect your points to arrive in your account by the middle of the following month.

Plus, if you reach $50,000, $75,000, $100,000, or $125,000 is Luxaflex sales, you will receive a bonus 10,000 points at each threshold point. This means there is a potential 40,000 extra bonus reward points up for grabs.

If you have met the 2023 sales threshold of $20,000, those points, and any additional bonus points you may have earned, will stay in your account.

Your reported sales will be reset to $0 and you will need to achieve the 2024 sales threshold of $20,000 to unlock 20,000 reward points.

Yes. Each calendar year the programme is reset (current reset was 1 January 2024), and your sales will be reset to zero ($0). You will need to achieve the new minimum sales threshold of $20,000 in order to start earning points again.

Once you have qualified by selling $20,000 of Luxaflex products, you will receive 20,000 points. Plus, you will continue to earn 1 point for every dollar of Luxaflex product you sell, until 31 December 2024.

Yes, they do, after 3 years if there has been no activity in your account, your points will expire.

You will receive an email and a phone call to encourage you to make the most of your points and spend them before they expire on the last working day of the month in which we have contacted you.
