All your current points stay in your account.
Once the sales have been processed and the invoice has been settled, points will be processed into your account, on approximately the 15th day of each month. Note – this only applies once you have reached the qualifying spend threshold of $25,000.
1st February 2019. As of this date, all sales consultants will need to reach $25,000 in sales of Luxaflex product before they qualify for 25,000 points. Once you have reached the sales target, 25,000 points will be deposited into your account - that is 1 point per dollar spent backdated to your first dollar of spend.
After you have reached $25,000 in sales, you will continue to earn 1 point for every $1 spent. For example, if you achieve sales of $15,000 in the month after you have qualified for the programme, you will receive 15,000 points into your account once the invoice has been processed.
1 point per $1 spent. This remains unchanged from the previous earn rate however, you now also have additional opportunities to earn bonus points (subject to change).
If you have met the $25,000 threshold, those points, and any additional bonus points you may have earned, will stay in your account. The target of $25,000 will restart on February 01, 2020.
Yes, if you are enrolled in the programme from 1st February 2019, your sales spend will be reset to zero, and you will need to achieve the minimum sales threshold of $25,000 to start earning points again.

Once you have achieved the $25,000 threshold, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on products, until the 12 month period concludes, at which time you will need to requalify to earn points each month.
Yes, they do, after 3 years if there has been no activity in your account, your points will expire.
You will receive an email and a phone call to encourage you to make the most of your points and spend them before they expire on the last working day of the month in which we have contacted you.
